A: Yes, we offer worldwide shipping - no matter where you are, you can order our products!

A: your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive if you are from the States, and 2-8 weeks if you are from other countries. Please do not panic if your package does not show up immediately, it’s on its way. You can always track your order for tracking information or contact us :)

- Q: Do you offer refunds?
- A: We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
In the unlikely event that you received a broken or damaged product or it has been 8 weeks and you still have not received the product, we will be happy to provide you a full refund or send you a replacement.
Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.
